Advantage Property Lawyers a Leeds based niche Residential Conveyancing firm won the Silver Award of ‘Best Small UK Conveyancer 2011’ at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards in association with The Sunday Times and The Times, held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.
These awards are recognised as the bench mark for excellence throughout the Estate Agency industry.

An independent panel of judges assessed the entrants for Conveyancer of the Year.
